Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Toke Fashion order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Socks, leggings and thermal pants that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear, boxers and briefs cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, unless the item is defective.
• Personalized items are final sale, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

How to start a return

Email us at tokefashioninfo@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with the return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are not refunded, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll help you with an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
