How do I return my order?

Email us at tokefashioninfo@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return, and we'll send you the return instructions. Unworn, unwashed socks, leggings and thermal wear in their original packaging can be returned. For hygiene reasons, underwear can't be returned once opened, unless it's defective. Are there any shipping costs?

Shipping is a flat $15 on every order, anywhere in Canada. Orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days and arrive within 2 to 7 business days. We currently ship to Canada only. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I still change my order?

If you need to change your order, email us as soon as possible at tokefashioninfo@gmail.com with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
